Billing: Member Letter Service (EFT)

A service that provides professional and consistent member communications.

Since your time is better spent taking care of your member rather than engaging in cumbersome and intense clerical tasks, our new program enables us to communicate directly with your members on your behalf via letters regarding the following situations:

Soft Decline
Inform the member their payment was not honored, e.g.: NSF, declined credit card.

Hard Decline
Inform the member the EFT account is no longer valid, e.g.: closed account, lost or stolen card, authorization revoked.

Credit Card Expiration
Inform the member the credit card is going to expire in the next 30 days

Final Notice
Inform the member that their account is in jeopardy, and that they need to contact the club immediately for resolution.

Member Letter Service is available to both QuickStar (EFT) and Managed QuickStar (EFT) clients. For Full Service clients, Conexion automatically performs these tasks in addition to telephone follow up calls.
