This reference guide will teach you how to use the Conexion Quickstar Billing Portal. You will learn how to:
- User Log In
- Upload a File
- Download a File

File Submission
The Conexion Billing Portal is used to transmit EFT files for billing.
User Log In |

- Enter user name in the box next to "User Name".
- Enter user password in the box next to "Password".
- Press the "Login" button.
- If the login attempt fails an error message explaining the problem will be displayed below the "Login" button.
- If the log in attempt is successful the Tasks screen will appear.

| Upload a File |
| This is the screen that is used to upload a billing file to Conexion for processing. |

| Click the Upload File button to upload a billing file. The upload data entry screen will appear. |

- Select a Club from the dropdown menu box. If only one club is listed, that club will be selected by default.
- Enter an Effective Date for the file to be uploaded. This may be entered manually or by clicking on Show Calendar.
This date must match the effective date listed in the file to be uploaded or the file upload will fail.
- Enter a Credit Card Total, if known, for the file to be uploaded.
- Enter a Bank Total, if known, for the file to be uploaded.
- Enter a File Total for the file to be uploaded.
- Select a File To Upload.
- Manual Entry – enter the entire file name, including all path information.
- Press the Browse button. A pop up will be displayed to assist in locating a file. The file selected, with the full file path, will now be automatically populated in the File To Upload box.

Click the Verify & Upload button.

The file will be rejected if any one of the following occurs:
- Any field on the Upload Detail screen is left blank.
- File Total does not add up to the Credit Total plus the Bank Total.
- Effective date is in the past.
- Entered effective date does not match the effective date specified in the file.
- File was created outside of the maximum allowable amount of days previous to today’s date. (File was created more than 5 days from today’s date.)
- Credit Total does not match the credit total specified in the file.
- Bank Total does not match the bank total specified in the file.
- File Total does not match the file total specified in the file.
- A file has already been uploaded for the selected club with the same effective date, credit card total, bank total, and file total.
- A file has already been uploaded for the selected club, with the same effective date and the file has already been processed by Conexion.

Download a File
This is the screen that is used to download a billing file from Conexion. |

- Select a Club from the dropdown menu box. If only one club is listed, that club will be selected by default.
- All files that can be downloaded for the selected club will be displayed by default. The File List may be filtered by Effective Date and File Type.
- Enter an Effective Date to view files to be downloaded. This may be entered manually or by clicking on Show Calendar. (If the date entered is invalid, the effective date will be ignored when updating the list)
- Select a File Type from the dropdown menu box. ALL will be selected by default. File types are as follows:
- C = credit card return file
- R = bank return file
- ACHBL = ACH black list file
- Click the Update File List button to refresh the file list based on the filtering criteria.
- Identify the file to be downloaded and click on the file name in the list.
- Click the Download File button to download the selected file.
