CONEXION AND TECHNOGYM ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP
R&D Focused Companies Partner to Provide Excellent Service to Fitness Industry

BALTIMORE, MD (April 21, 2006) – Conexion and Technogym USA Corp. announced today a strategic partnership that will provide Conexion’s club management software clients the ability to transfer in real time member information. A market leader in the fitness and biomedical rehabilitation equipment, Technogym has found a partner in Conexion that fills in the missing membership management component of their product offering. The Wellness System is a complete workout management software and hardware offering by Technogym that integrates all equipment within a facility and the partnership with Conexion allows the member information to seamlessly flow between systems.

The alliance between the companies enables club operators to expedite the process of acquiring new members and getting them into the management and the Wellness System through complete backend software integration.
